Childbirth Education classes. This is Class 3 Stages of Labor, in a 6-week series, attendance to all classes is not required come to some or all classes. This class will discuss the different stages and phases of labor. We will explore all the signs of each phase as well as techniques to help labor progress and best ways to stay comfortable. We explore how to know when it is time to go to the hospital/birth center, give you tools and tips on how to be confident in your stage of labor.
