Childbirth Education classes. This is Class 6 Intimacy after baby in a 6-week series, attendance to all classes is not required come to some or all classes. This class will explore maintaining & nourishing post-partum intimacy in your relationship. We will explore post-partum limitations, learn techniques to increase communication, explore expectations, & develop alternative approaches to intimacy & connection.
